Immuneering Corporation presented new clinical data on its experimental drug atebimetinib at the 2026 American Association for Cancer Research annual conference, highlighting findings that researchers say support the compound's potential to extend survival in pancreatic cancer patients.
Among the key metrics disclosed, stable or increased body weight was observed at roughly twice the rate in patients receiving atebimetinib combined with a modified gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel regimen, known as mGnP, compared to patients in a benchmark study.
