Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC) announced Thursday it has completed the sale of Securimed SAS, its France-based first-aid business, to Safe Life International for approximately EUR 53 million, equivalent to roughly USD 59 million.
The Milwaukee-based identification and safety products company disclosed no additional financial terms of the transaction, nor did it specify how the proceeds would be deployed. The deal marks a divestiture of a European business unit from Brady's broader portfolio.
